- Main/outer belt has two rows of MOLLE for modularity, stiffened for mounting holsters, pouches etc without causing belt to sag or twist. Inner/under belt is worn through your belt loops like a typical belt and can be worn on its own. Soft loop liner of inner belt won't stick to your clothes or car seat fabric, thus avoiding wear & tear & hassle, while cushioning and distributing the weight of the outer belt for added comfort.
